Delivery

Orders confirmed before 16:00 are prepared and dispatched the same day, except on Fridays and public holidays. Orders confirmed after 16:00 are processed on the next business day.

Northern wilayas: 24 to 48 hours.
Other wilayas: the exact timeframe is shown during checkout (by wilaya).

Please provide a valid and reachable phone number. A wrong number, switched-off phone, or no answer may prevent the courier from contacting you and may delay delivery.

If you are absent or unreachable, the delivery service may make up to 3 attempts. If delivery is still not possible, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

If your order is available at an office / pick-up point, you usually have up to 3 days to collect it. After that, it may be returned to the sender.

At delivery (or collection), waiting time may be limited (e.g. up to ~10 minutes).

An order that is not collected in time, refused, or undeliverable may be returned. If re-delivery is requested, extra fees may apply depending on the wilaya and service.
